Your edjing Mix subscription and purchases
Find help with your current edjing Mix subscription or an earlier edjing purchase. Start with the app name and store account shown on your receipt.

Access Pro features
The current offer is unlimited access to all Pro features of edjing Mix and Stemz. Review the offer displayed inside edjing Mix for its price, billing period and any trial terms before confirming a purchase.
- Open Settings inside edjing Mix on iPhone, iPad or Android.
- Tap Store to view the offer. You can also open Manage Subscription and tap Subscribe when that button is available.
- Review the offer and follow the purchase confirmation shown on your device.
If Store is not displayed, open Manage Subscription instead. Button names here are for the English version of the app.
Premium Edition was an earlier, separate app. It is not the name of the current subscription. Understand the earlier names →
Find an existing purchase
Check your receipt for the app name and the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. An earlier edjing Premium or edjing Pro purchase should not be confused with an edjing Mix subscription.
iPhone and iPad
- Use the Apple Account associated with your edjing Mix purchase.
- Inside edjing Mix, open Settings › Manage Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchase and wait for the result.
You can also use Settings › App restore › Restore purchase. If access is still missing, tap Contact us on the Manage Subscription screen.
Android
- Check your subscription in Google Play using the account associated with the purchase.
- If it is active but access is missing in edjing Mix, open Settings › Help › Contact customer support in the app.
- Include your purchase reference and a description of the problem.
Cancel a store subscription
You can start inside edjing Mix at Settings › Manage Subscription. On iPhone or iPad, the Manage subscription button opens Apple’s subscription management for recognised subscribers. On Android, the cancellation help links to the Google Play Subscription Center.
App Store
On iPhone or iPad, open the device’s Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Google Play
Open your Google Play subscriptions using the account associated with the purchase. Select the subscription and follow the cancellation steps.
Check the subscription status and end date in the store account used for the purchase.

iPhone and iPad
In edjing Mix, open Settings › Contact customer support. For purchase questions, you can also use Settings › Manage Subscription › Contact us.
Android
In edjing Mix, open Settings › Help › Contact customer support.
Purchase and refund support
For a purchase billed by Apple, use Apple’s purchase support. For a Google Play purchase, start with Google Play Help. Have your receipt available so you can identify the purchase.

Frequently asked
Is the current subscription called Premium?
No. Premium Edition was a separate edjing app. Today, the offer is access to all Pro features of edjing Mix and Stemz.
I was charged but cannot access my purchase. What should I check?
Check the app name and store account on your receipt. On iPhone or iPad, use Settings › Manage Subscription › Restore Purchase inside edjing Mix. On Android, check your subscription in Google Play and use Settings › Help › Contact customer support in edjing Mix if access is still missing.
